Quality is the top priority of our company. Based on the concept of Total Quality Management, we are following strict quality standards in every stage of our manufacturing process namely raw-material inspection, testing secondary ingots, segregation of scrap.

We are well equipped with the most advanced spectro analysis instrument like Photo Emission Spectrometer from Spectro of Germany, and for Wet Analysis we have an in house Chemical Lab.

Every heat is checked intensely for not only its chemical composition but also for its grain size, dross content, gas content and physical strength.

In addition to the plant quality assurance job, our Q.C. department also provides after sales services to our customers. We offer free consulting and trouble shooting service to all our customers.

The quality control steps followed by us are as follows:-

Incoming Material

1. Visual Check
2. Scraps of one quality are purchased.
3. Scraps generally bought are baled wires, baled/loose sheets, turnings etc.
4. Quality Scraps are PMIed before they are purchased.
5. Spectrometer test for chemical composition.
6. Testing of Secondary ingots for quality.
7. Raw materials are kept in an enclosure free of moisture.

Inprocess Inspection

1. Temperature Control using pyrometer
2. Degassing & Fluxing
3. Grain refinement where required
4. Onlilne chemical Composition check

Finished Goods

1. Every heat is marked with batch number, which ensure 
   complete back traceability upto raw material stage.
2. Every heat is re-tested for its chemical composition.
3. Each Batch test samples retention for 30 days.
4. Each batch is color coded after the ingots have cooled.
5. All manufactured goods are kept in an enclosure free of moisture.

Dispatch of Goods

1. Each batch of ingots is dispatched with its own test certificate.
2. If required strapping is done of 500Kg lots.
3. Each Batch test samples retention for 30 days.
